GENERAL INFORMATION
PAYMENT
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, bank deposit, money order, COD,
or personal cheque. Paypal simply requires a credit card number to
pay (very easy to use) and is a very secure way of payin online. I am happy to
accept phone credit card payments if you would prefer not to send you details
for the system I use - which is a secure merchant system.
DELIVERY POLICY
POST
Charlipop Kids will send your item/s within 1-2 business days of payment
clearing. Method of post for both Australia and International is by Australia
Post unless otherwise requested. Postage is calculated according to the
Australia Post shipping calculator based on the item weight/s. Within Australia
please allow 1-5 days for delivery once parcel is sent, although Australia Post
have known to take longer to send to more remote Australian locations. Please allow up up to 2 weeks to post
internationally, although I cannot take responsibility for postage hold-ups
either nationally or internationally that are not within my control. I will send
a confirmation when your item is sent, and if appropriate include the tracking
or insurance number.
REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from
this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no
questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return
of goods.
For safety of garments in transit, I
will automatically register any purchase over $50. If your purchase is under
this amount and you would like to have your item registered, please add $2.50 to
the sale at end of the transaction.
METHOD OF REFUNDS
Charlipop Kids will refund either to
your Paypal account or direct deposit. I cannot send cash through Australia
Post.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
All we ask is that you contact me with the intent to return and return the
product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy
of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.

• To provide the garments you have purchased from Charlipop Kids.

provide you with the opportunity to decline any further marketing
communications. If you at any time receive any communication from Charlipop Kids
which you would not like to receive, please contact us and we will remove your
name from our mailing list.

In most cases, you can gain access to the personal information that
Charlipop Kids holds about you, subject to some exceptions allowed by law.
If you would like to check or amend your contact details, please contact us. We
will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as
possible.

Charlipop Kids will take reasonable steps to keep secure any personal
information which we hold and to keep this information accurate and up to date.
Personal information is stored in a secure server or secure files.
The Internet is not always a secure method of transmitting information.
Accordingly, Charlipop Kids cannot accept responsibility for the security of
information you send to, or receive from us over the Internet or for any
unauthorized access or use of that information

It may be necessary for us to review and revise our Privacy Policy from time
